We do not offer any returns or exchanges.

Refund can only be initiated if you receive a damaged product. Products are securely packed only after thorough quality check but we understand that there is a risk of damage during transit.

To claim refund-

• A clear unboxing video from the start of opening the parcel is mandatory.
• Query should be initially within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• After checking the authenticity of the video, refund will be initiated within 3-5 working days.
